Soundstage

Stevie is currently not listed as one of the featured performers for Season 6 of Soundstage. Obviously, this raises an eye brow, given that it’s been more than 20 years since Stevie commercially released a full-length concert set–Live at Red Rocks–and even that was unsatisfying. So I’d suggest writing into Soundstage to keep the interest alive. Hopefully that will light a fire under someone’s behind. But be polite about it!

EDIT: By now, Soundstage has probably received around a zillion requests to broadcast Stevie’s show. They could either be really really impressed or really really annoyed at this moment. So to err on the side of caution, it wouldn’t be a bad idea to make a pledge to your local PBS affliate that broadcasts Soundstage. And be sure to mention that you want to see Stevie’s show. As a former PBS employee, I was actually quite surprised to learn that they DO listen closely to their members…especially if you contribute big bucks.
